Terms of Service — Buying CS2 Items

1. Service Description

CS2VAULT provides an item sourcing service: we find CS2 items across several third-party marketplaces and purchase them on your behalf, to be delivered to the Steam account you choose. We are an independent service provider.

2. No Affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any marketplace we buy from, Perfect World, or Valve Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Orders & Delivery

Delivery is made by the seller as a Steam trade offer to the Trade URL you enter at checkout. Delivery usually takes minutes but may take longer depending on the seller, the marketplace, or Steam. You are responsible for entering a correct Trade URL and for the receiving account being able to trade (not trade-banned or trade-locked).

4. Balance & Payments

Purchases are paid from your CS2VAULT balance in USD. The price shown at checkout includes our service fee and is the amount charged. Crypto top-ups are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel an order free of charge until the seller has sent the trade offer.
  • If an order cannot be delivered, its full amount is returned to your balance.
  • If the trade offer is declined or not accepted, the order is cancelled and refunded minus a 2% fee.
  • If you reverse a completed trade yourself, no refund is given.
  • Refunds are made to your CS2VAULT balance in USD.

6. User Compliance

You confirm that you are of legal age to use crypto and that you comply with your local laws. You will not use the service for money laundering or other illegal activity. We may require identity verification (KYC) for large transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not responsible for marketplace downtime, price changes before you confirm, or Steam inventory or account issues.
