1. Agreement

cs2vault.gg is operated by CS2VAULT LLC ("CS2VAULT", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Our Service

CS2VAULT operates an online platform that connects sellers of CS2 items with independent third-party liquidity providers ("Buyers"). CS2VAULT acts solely as an intermediary and agent. CS2VAULT does not purchase, own or take title to any item sold through the platform.

CS2VAULT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CS2VAULT. By selling an item, you confirm that you are its legal owner and that you have the right to sell it.

4. How It Works

  1. You select your items and receive a quote.
  2. You accept a single Steam trade offer from the Buyer's verified trade account.
  3. Your items and price are verified.
  4. Your crypto payout is sent to your wallet once Steam trade protection ends.

5. Ownership and Transfer

When you accept a trade offer, ownership of the item passes directly from you to the Buyer, and you have no further claim over it. Trade offers are sent from trade accounts owned and operated by the Buyer or its partners.

6. SAFU Payout Protection

Payouts are made on behalf of the Buyer. Every eligible sale is also covered by SAFU Payout Protection: if a Buyer fails to complete your payout after you have accepted a valid trade offer, CS2VAULT will pay you the quoted amount from its SAFU protection fund, which CS2VAULT maintains from its own resources.

SAFU does not cover payouts sent to an incorrect wallet address you provided, or losses caused by Steam, such as trade reversals or account restrictions. Technical payout failures will be resolved manually by our team.

7. Pricing, Fees and Payouts

Quotes reflect live market prices from the Buyer and may change until you accept a trade offer. Every quote shown on the platform is final and already includes CS2VAULT's service fee, so you receive the quoted amount and nothing further is deducted.

Payouts are made in crypto only (USDT or USDC on the supported networks). You are responsible for providing the correct wallet address and network. Payouts sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.

8. Steam Risks

CS2VAULT is not responsible for Steam trade holds, trade reversals, account restrictions or bans, or any other action taken by Valve or Steam.

9. Rewards, Creator Codes and Leaderboard

Rewards are earned only from completed sales. If a completed sale is later reverted, any rewards, points or bonuses earned from it are removed.

Creator codes. A creator code adds a payout bonus to your first eligible sales, up to the cap shown when you apply it. You can add or change a creator code until your first completed sale, after which it is locked.

Leaderboard. Sellers earn points for completed sales and are ranked by points and volume. The leaderboard resets at the start of each month (UTC). Names are always shortened, and you can hide your profile from the public leaderboard at any time.

Prizes. Prizes are credited after a 7-day review, are subject to minimum volume requirements, and may be withheld or withdrawn in cases of suspected abuse.

CS2VAULT may change or end the rewards programme at any time. Rewards already credited to you will remain credited.
